At Family Frontiers, we believe in fostering positive change through specialized support. We offer personality training for families and business teams, host engaging family events, and drive family engagement initiatives for businesses. Our "Hire a Mom" campaign empowers mothers, and we partner with other non-profits and businesses to expand our reach, offering family life classes and events to more families in need.

We're proud of the tangible impact we've made. Recent activities include:
The Family Frontiers Challenge-sharing the mission of family frontiers with local businesses and inviting them to take a picture with families in their business and post it in their business and on their website and tag another business to do the same. Pictures can be submitted at familyfrontiers@gmail.com and the funnest picture wins $500 for a board game fund for families in their office and a personal raspberry cream pie hand baked for the company from our family to yours.
Some recent examples we've participated in to strengthen families through business include: Hosting a family plate stacking art competition at a local partner restaurant to celebrate the last day of school, creating joyful memories for families. Another initiative involved creating a "Employee Ancestor Offrienda" display during Día de los Muertos at a restaurant's salsa bar, fostering a sense of belonging. We made costumes for a "Show in a bag" for families, kids with disabilities and businesses to use to make fun videos and perform at local rest homes. We also supported a regency family community dance and championed the "Hire a Mother" campaign, bringing mentorship, children, and homemade baked goods to employees and customers to boost productivity and create a more nurturing workplace environment.
